Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Deal Smasher.

1. Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from their description. Returns are not applicable for Change of mind reasons.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dealsmasher.com.au with your order number and proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item).
